To assist our planning and preparation of the AGM we need your input and cooperation. Please let us have your nominations for Committee Posts and do feel free to volunteer to take on a role to help with the running of the Club as well. We have set up the below email address specifically to administer this process. It would be helpful if you could ensure that Club Members who have not been contacted are made aware of the arrangements being put in place.

Attendance will be confirmed by the link to the meeting which will only be sent put to fully paid up Club Members who have sent us confirmation to the above email address by Saturday the 20th June 2020
